Sounds like my 50 dollar a pound tomatoes.
Just bought $300 in seeds, waiting to get them planted in seed starter. actually grew some weird veggies last year, we're going to try again. baby pan squash was a great success. passed it out to friends to try. they want some this year also.

last year I planted on good black soil did test and spent close to 300 $ . All I got was 1 tomato and 4 peppers. made a lot of "deer" friends
