so they tazed him, he jerked from it causing his muscles to spasm. they then shot him because they are all undertrained and trigger happy. criminal charges should be filed for their inability to preform as they are trained and required to. i say, do away with human cops and bring in Robotic ones. less human error out of fear of loss of persinal life.
