Let's start with the fact that the Steele dossier was never found to be fake.. The only person who said it was fake was Teuml and secondly tge election was in 2016 so anything that happened in 2015 is irrelevant. The president including Trup gets what's called a Presidrntisl daily briefing so that information from 2015 a whole year before the election may have changed and Gabbard herself has no credibility at all in fact she is more than likely a Rusdisn asset that Truml hired to be DNI a position she has no qualifications for.
