your steering wheel is locked. turn your steering wheel hard to the right and while holding the wheel, turn your key
your pins might be stuck spray a little bit of WD-40 in there and tap it with a hammer not a little tap give it a decent tap but not to damage the ignition and that should drop stuck pins that let the ignition turn again
