if it's water it's your AC drain being clogged
good old heater core, my 01 saturn is doing the same thing
try some stop leak or bypass the core you'll have lukewarm heat, but it won't circulate thru maybe tighten clamps on both sides may fix for now
your heater core is bad it causes leaking every time you turn on the air it'll start spraying onto the floor if you don't fix it
heater core if it smells like antifreeze...always behind the dash
