faulty maode door actuator. one of the motors that changes your air from floor to vents to defrost is stuck
I have the same noise. Started a month ago. I thought maybe something to do with the heater? I need to know, too.
I had mice in my glove box. They made a huge nest out of the paperwork in it. That's what it sounds like to me.
