could be a grinding bearing
sounds like a loud ass fuel pump to me
could be anything from belt to pulley to power steering pump to smog pump have to be a little more info. pop hood with running and find area it's coming from
my dad's car sounded like that years ago when the gas cap got stopped up.i hope you find out what's going on with yours
