especially if your timing belt has broken already once while you were driving at high-speeds
timing could be off. the pistons could knock the engine if the timing is off
bad tire
could be one or more tires are out of balance, could be stabilizer bushings missing or dry rotted or a wheel bearing is bad. these are 3 of the more common causes. hope it helps.
