I couldn't do it ( obviously) since my son lived to be in his 40's. Theoretically however I understand. It was rough he never slept. My husband and I were the Reid and Reid tag team. He cried non stop for over a year. He was a night owl from birth. The crying stopped once he could walk and talk..He still didn't go to sleep🤣.

I would NEVER change my mind.Like a lot of us nowadays, I had a toxic family, and I sure as hell knew I would not add my genes into THAT mess!🙄😱 I caught all kinds of hell from everyone, esp my MIL - "You're being selfish - won't you even have a a baby just to please your husband?"..."Ummm, HELL NO! I know what's right for ME, and kids are NOT it!" Luckily my husband is a very special guy and understood why I felt the way I felt and agreed w/me. I was VIGILANT about my birth control and never had a "oops!" or worried about having an abortion. We have 6 nieces/nephews, and 7 great-nieces/nephews, and are "honorary Aunt and Uncle to a lot of our friends' children. I've never regretted my choice, and my husband still stands by me today.USE BIRTH CONTROL - THAT'S the safest method!

Most fire departments will take babies the mom can't keep for whatever reason.
When my first child was 5 weeks old I accidentally locked her in the car after I put her in the passenger seat and we had to call 911. They sent a fire truck and everybody at the pool and park at my apartments came out to look in the pride the window open and got her out it was so scary and embarrassing and everybody clapped when they got the door open and the baby got out. New Mommy Brain. I had left my car keys next to the car seat after strapping her in
For all of you who comment they could have put the child up for adoption or state how many people want children. How any woman chooses to handle her situation is HER choice. Do you see how many children are currently on the streets or in foster care. If adoption were so simple those entities would be empty. I tell you what, you go adopt all the children currently in the system . I just don’t understand why people think they have a right to tell a woman what to do with her body. It’s mind boggling.
Young sleep deprived first time parents with no help or idea of the resources that are available to them or have been denied help does this.

So hard to raise children when we were young ladies we had backup in the events we would got pregnant and help with our children was available.The day I told my mom I was pregnant at late 17,first thing she asked was-what’s his mothers number(mom met him already don’t like him lol) get her on the phone.Mothers had conversations and communication back then (70s) if you told your dad—there was going to be a marriage whether you agreed or not.These days they having babies never even met the guys parents and don’t care if they do or don’t.That’s why so many those men just pack up and leave without a trace.#Remember you have all the power to bring that child into the world 🌎 and you have the power not to bring that child in the world 🌎

i got pregnant at 13 . and followed by 3 more . marries there dad. had 4 by time i was 27. i wouldn't change a thing . they have a awesome , hard working , good provider loving dad . my oldest is 40 now i couldn't imagine life without them .
