The restraint of these officers should be commended greatly. To be honest, aint no way 2 (black) officers are just going to sit and literally get whipped. they knew something was off. hence the reason for the standoff. otherwise I woulda just tackled her together but then officers get hurt. So in the end restraint is most important here.
