wow, the same thing happened to me back in the day, and when he got me back to the sheriff's office and I blew 000, then they said I could have my car on Monday, this was on a Friday. I called my mom who was actually the sheriff's campaign manager, he sent a sergeant to pick me up take me to get my car marked paid on the bill I was happy
What’s really sad I worked at a drug/alcohol rehab I know one time there were many cases that had to be dismissed or were supposed to be dismissed because the breathalyzer had not been calibrated they don’t know how long so they were not accurate readings very sad. It was sad for the victims it was sad for the people that were on the highways with them.

he is supposed to examine his eyes for redness , breath and signs of imparement, a field sobriety test or breathalyzer or a trip to the hospital for a blood test. This guy is literally agueing on point like a law debate, The officer is wrong and a rookie by not following procedures and the video might be evidence to a civil suit.
People we have to stop thinking we don't have to get out the vehicle. During a traffic stop this is a lawful command for officer safety. Failure to do so will land u a trip to jail.
