It depends on which female officer is pulling someone out of their car, I saw a female state trooper in Arkansas and she could pull six or these guys out of the car, cuff three of um and hold the other three until backup arrived with more handcuffs. I think here the officer was thinking about her safety and it seems like he’s upset about the situation and not upset directly at her. I think she knows that also
