Noone is gonna listen because we have said it for 100s of years. the way they treat inmates is criminal. allowing people to die of cancer because they won't give you proper medical care. beating people for the hell of it, serving rotten food, living in roach and rat infested facilities. the immigrants get better care than the citizens. the ms, 13 gangs and illegals have the power because they pay the cops to bring drugs in. the COs will actually set up rivals for them and get them weapons to attack their adversary. and it's all blind eyed
