Set up. They knew about the drugs, just not where. Someone tipped someone off. That and the fact that transportation of narcotics like this getting caught is one in a million. Dead giveaway? No call for a K9 and they went deep looking. They'd never check a spare tire like that unless they looked everywhere else. Not that they did a bad job, they did great acting and pretending it was a legitimate find, that was a tip off. lol. Good work
