Alright listen he was not apologizing to the woman he shot he was apologizing to a person in a different vehicle because they were caught in the crossfire and one of his stray bullets almost hit them, this is why the internet is horrible because they twist things and make them seem like something it’s not, I’ve seen the whole video and this isn’t at all what it was. The officer did what he was supposed to and did nothing wrong except making sure his backstop was clear.
