BUT those who do get a warning are not crashing out like that. those who get a warning are respectful, and their paperwork is all in order. now, let's keep it REALLY REAL. if my stepson was the one pulled over with brown skin... with an expired since last frickin july registration. i would have been picking him up from the police station. and i would have had to get the car out of the impound.
