People need to stop calling others names you would not want to be called like trash and low life etc. that is the very reason why I don’t do self checkout and it takes jobs away from those who need and want a job and is willing to work. We don’t know the full details of the because of how the video started we only getting a little bit of information. We don’t know what the outcome was. They didn’t ask enough questions before trying to arrest them. They never left out with the product. As stated in a previous comment just truss pass them from the store.

It’s possible the store had the item marked incorrect. Or it was a markdown to get rid of the item. As stated in a previous comment if they real checkers to do the work and not let customers do the work and scan their items they would have this issue. All the would be eliminated if Walmart was not so cheap to hire and pay real live works all the money Walmart makes.

when Walmart catches you stealing, they instantly do face recognition with other stores, to see if you've stolen more. So you may think your being arrested for a microwave... and it can end up being a grand larceny with your past theft.

I went through buying half cases of pop. One half case had tape on the barcode. Did not realize it didn’t scan. Got checked at door. I was humiliated and it was an accident. I know longer use the self checkout. 🤣🤣🤣🤣
