never consent to a field sobriety test. it is all up to the judgement of the police officer and chances are if they say they dont have a breathalyzer they are trying to find a way to make an arrest
did the same thing to me wasted 3months going back and fourth in court they rven did a blood test when they took me in and it all came back negative yet they wanted to retest for controlled substances it also came back negative
I wish they would have shown the whole story. this kid is in college and was freed because he was completely clean. he was even able to confront the officer that originally arrested him

I remember this, he did win the lawsuit because they were just looking for some reason to charge him with a DUI trying to meet their quota. Police departments will tell you they don't have a quota but they do based on jurisdiction. The city, state, county, whatever they work for does have a quota for them to meet so that they can maintain departmental funding. Departmentally they do not have a quota because it is illegal but they get around that by allowing their jurisdiction to have a quota for them.

She was doing spark (Walmart delivery) one night and delivered to a house, once she left she got pulled over and they informed her it was a drug house and then started accusing her of being an impaired driver lol some cops are power hungry. Needless to say they found nothing in her system and the case is still pending
