Ronald Wagner was stopped by Ohio State Patrol Sunday for no front licence plate. Wagner is a constitutionalist and refused to give proper ID or registration.The state trooper called Local PD. A K9 was brought to the scene as they were informed he was a licensed firearm carrier. After breaking both windows the dog was let in and bit down on wagners arm landing him in the hospital. He plans on suing.

I don’t have a problem with the use of a dog but the continuous use after they had him on the ground was uncalled for. What they didn’t realize he was hurting from the dog not resisting. It’s hard as hell to relax with a dog biting the arm they are asking him to give them.

Am I the only one who thinks K9’s really have no place in law enforcement? I mean this dog is literally destroying this man’s arm for probably the rest of his life. The dog does not release properly or effectively. The K9 handler makes little, if any effort, to get the K9 to release. And here’s a fun little fact,…….K9 drug detection in an overwhelming majority of department has a less than 50% percent accuracy rating. In the biggest dog lover on this planet. But law enforcement K9’s have no place in the general public. And this video is a perfect example of that.
