T hey need to be trained more with mental health because they knew she was suicidal she had a knife. They have non lethal rounds rubber bullets in their vehicles why didn't they have one of them they even have where they shot pepper balls. I just don't believe this was the way to handle it. Why do they have different weapons that tax payers pay for? They don't use them they would rather shoot 50 times and don't know if there were children in the home adults etc.. so any innocent person could've been hurt‼️

The fact that she was able to stand back up the first time should end any arguments of "why not use a tazer." If someone can take that many rounds and still be able to come at you then yes lethal force 110% of the time, everytime.

Usually I’m against the cops in situations but in this one I kinda understand why they shot her but my thing is they didn’t have to shoot her that many times the cop shot so many times he had to reload that’s not including the other police officers shoots they could have literally shot her 1 or 2 times in her legs and called it a day

I mean they could’ve used a taser and it could’ve maybe worked, or maybe not, you really don’t know so I don’t think they’re in the wrong for shooting especially because the lady was running, but there is absolutely no reason for that many shots and all it shows me is UNPROFESSIONAL cops, if they Lady is 25 feet away from you and she fell on the ground why keep shooting? Maybe if she got back up and started running again then they could shoot again, it’s just extremely unprofessional, shoot her in the knee and then call it a day
