People doing crap like this are why those who legitimately use wheelchairs and scooters get stopped and searched more than others. Now you see why.

Both her and her companion should be charge with theft, resisting arrest and assualting the police officer. Cut off both of their government assistance including housing, food stamps, snap or whatever else she is getting for free. Their meals for the next 24-36 months will be jail food!
