I always used the wheel barrel story. I worked with a few women and I would do 4 to every one of the ladies wheel barrels. I got paid $4 more a hour and I had of course had other duties. they wouldn't last very long and usually quit after one day. i haven't very many women do my job and they frown now that I expanded my skillset to the office using excel, word, etc. it's a competitive environment these days and the more valuable you are the more you get paid.
