if he's the father then what can you do? we don't know who has custody we don't know if they even went to court 🤷🏽‍♀️if there's no custody agreement there's nothing the police can do..🤦🏽‍♀️ if the mother has custody then I'm quite sure the police will go with her to get the kid..
