Not sure how this is educating people. Looks more like it’s a recipe for an accident. People walking across a street where there is no cross walk or at a controlled intersection causing cars to stop where they normally wouldn’t will cause rear end collisions when the vehicle in the rear doesn’t know what’s going on other than the vehicle in front of them comes to an abrupt stop.

My uncle died walking in a non-cross walk. But the drivers are to blame according to cops. My uncle is gone; and I blame my uncle for his stupidity, not the driver.

they did something like this to catch Uber and Lyft drivers a while back from picking up passengers that flagged them down for a ride instead of using the app
