yes call the police and that's assault and in most states he has the evidence to show that he was speeding in a school zone in most states you can make a citizens arrest of course he will be prosecuted for throwing the ranch on but guess who's going to come out with the biggest fine here

First off, he's not even a cop. 2nd, his radar gun is jacked up. It goes from 59 to 57 to 55, and back to 59. You can't be throwing stuff at cars whether speeding or any other violation. The guy we ith the gun is a Richard. (Male equivalent to Karen).
