Trump saying “War on Terror” is a principle but not necessarily with a country. War requires Congressional approval, therefore not a war. If someone bombed the US, Congressional approval would be given and we’d go to war over it. Joe Biden bombed Yemen and Democrats agreed. They didn’t ask about the standard then. Trump does it and it’s a huge problem. Not agreeing with Biden’s decision doesn’t mean there won’t be agreement on all things of that nature.
