Great call judge!! If they didn't take proper care of my family member, I'd complain also!! The nursing home didn't like her complaining about his care (which they have a right to do), so they took it out on a 91 year old Veteran?. . them dumped him in a hospital 3 days later!! Sorry but that is elderly abuse and abandonment on part of the nursing home. I'm glad they were fined $50,000.00. . wish it would have been more! I hope that Veteran is in a safer place now and being properly cared for. The elderly deserve our respect and Veterans as well.
