Next time I wouldn't care if they fell on the ice and broke a bone or not. There was a way nicer way to let the young man know you didn't want salt in your driveway or want his help with the ice!!! He was trying to show concern for your safety, not there to destroy your property!!! So hopefully you never get hurt on your property and need help, because if I were this young man I'd stay away from you and your property for the fear of being sued again!!!! If you're lucky and he hears you yelling for help, he might call 9-1-1 for you, but not offer his help, and I couldn't say I'd blame him!
