Shows a lost education opportunity. He presents the students are not allowed to promote their constitutional right to protest. Educational alternative: meet at the flag pole. Have a student read the constitutional Admendment in question. Follow by debate team argument regarding the Admendment. Conclude by singing the national anthem and Pledge of allegiance. Result feelings of insignificance and anger OR feelings of inclusion in American law, pride and honor. This should be the norm.
