I knew the man who invented the miniature horse. His name was Joel Bridges. He lived in Gainesville Florida. He started miniature horses years and years ago, and sold them all over the world. Burt Reynolds was one of his best buyers. I was with him when he talked with Burt about the horses. Joel came from Kentucky and I had crickets when he was a boy. He was so poor, but he made his money in the funeral business and started these horses and became a millionaire. I was pleased to get to know this man for the time that I did.
