Why make this Lobster suffer ?
If this isn’t AI then it should be banned. This is worse then putting them in boiling water although that isn’t much better. Fortunately I ate lobster once and would rather have a thick steak. 🥩

I just googled and shell fish decomposes rapidly and so this to me is the primary reason to do this right before cooking. Some countries ban boiling them alive and go for the freezer shock before boiling. I don’t know how fast these bacteria can really affect the fish. I don’t know. There is a more humane way in my belief. I do love lobster but really may skip the lobster meal next time
