people keep doing this to these companies because they have so the work so they can sell it because once it on the building and sold there's nothing no one can do it is now property of the owner but you can sue the one that ordered it there doing it with siding on the outside of the house bathroom tiles windows things like that it's wrong but it's the law and if they go to take there stuff back they destroy the house and get sued by the owners and go to jail for trespassing And so on

My daddy had a roofing company n they would get 1/2 up front n the rest afterwards but some didn’t want 2 pay my daddy cal the crew n zap no roof n it made no sense now they had 2 put a new roof back on it was a sight 2 c I was always with my daddy when him did side jobs ❤️
