they completed the job and the foreman went to get payment , customer didn't have the money so he decided to complain and say he isn't paying. Now if I'm not mistaken since they haven't left the job yet and dude stated he wasn't paying they can legally take back what work they did

Correct I believe that since he did not leave the job.The man said it was wrong. He has the right to smash it up and take his work if the man is not paying for it. What I don't understand is the man's saying it's wrong so he wants to get someone else out there to do it , let him take their work back then and get someone else out there to do it. The only thing that really could be going on is he actually does like it. It is correct. He's only saying it is not correct and it's wrong because he doesn't want to pay for it or he doesn't have the money to pay for it.
