I think after serving that long in prison just leave them stay let them stay and finish out their life because when they get out, they know nothing. I honestly feel that once they鈥檙e in there when they鈥檙e that old just leave them in or they鈥檙e perfectly content, they got there they got the routine down you push them out on the streets a few months they鈥檙e dead and it鈥檚 a shame. as a daughter to a man that went in when I was 5... and was free when my girls were born... its very hard on the family that was left behind... I still didn't get to know him because 3 months after he was released he was in a fatal car accident on his way to work... a girl needs her father... found letters from him in my mom's dresser when she went into a nursing home... he wrote that he wanted to me to go for a week to his mom's/sister's during the summer so they could take me to see him... ONLY happend like 3 times and that was it...

How do they make a living in survive not to mention what inflation has been like since they went to prison probably 60 years ago they鈥檝e got no skills and you鈥檙e just gonna put them out onto the street so they can die. The system is too fucked up now that you鈥檝e taken their life from them. You need to supply them with a place to go something to do some way that they can care for themselves until they die since you took all their life from them regardless what they鈥檝e done now they are dependent of the state.
