because when it's sleets and snows at the same time it impacts and creates like a cement. you can't just scoop it or break it. you literally have to break it up

it's in-density.. especially coming off the ocean.. whenever there is a volcano eruption in the warmer months it always produces more snow for the winter and last year we had two volcano eruptions so yes the snow is going to be super thick then you add the moisture of the ice coming off of the ocean yeah I can see it being like concrete..
