I feel her on not wanting to check every time, we all wanna be quick to get clothes in and out of there, but I have had cats my whole life , they love hiding in clothes and blankets, if Iβm doing clothes I have found to put them up while I do clothes, went to finishing pulling the rest of the towels out the dryer just to find one of my cats in there (I put them up so I donβt have to rewash them from their fur getting all over the clean clothes) but this woman went through the worst possible case. This is also now a new reason I keep putting them up not just to keep clean clothes so until I finish and put the clothes away they will stay put up π³
dont let your cats sleep on clothes. that simple.

I accidentally started the dryer with my cat in there but luckily got him out very quickly
one, you make sure everything is closed, when done using a washer/dryer (who leaves them open?) two, when you have pets, you always check, before closing something! That's common knowledge. I'm glad your furbaby is safe, but please use your head
