I used a twin size box spring to move with something at the bottom to brace it so whoever helps has time to move boxes bags etc out of the way

Just curious....How do most people that move on their own, not using a moving company, get their bedroom furniture (i.e. dressers, heavy boxes, etc) downstairs to be taken out to the moving truck? I have done this so I want to know how others have done it. I will post a reply after I see how others respond. Again...this is just a curiosity thing and I am always open to new ways of doing things. 😊
