This is not the first time this trick has been done. I read one about mailboxes being mowed down. The Sick and Tired Home owner replaced the post with a concrete filled 4 inch metal pipe anchored with A 2 foot? x 2 foot concrete foundation with a lovely. flower surround. Middle of a night the whole assembly was mowed down resulting in destroyed front end of a car and destroyed the engine under the hood. All I can say..I cannot identify a more just outcome.
