the answer that is no they don't they are not a United States citizen and if they're not a citizen they do not have the rights of a citizen. we are Constitution

American's do not have constitutional rights abroad! And border jumpers weren't an issue when our founding fathers drafted the constitution! There are immigration laws though! The word "undocumented" isn't even in the constitution. So you see how these ideas from these justices may be biased!
