make her pay back the support garnishment from paycheck, taxes each year will go the payee. If she don't pay. Take her license, then take her to jail. Just like they do men if they don't pay child-support.

They should not only have to pay the money back but also face jail time. I strongly believe women who falsely accuse men of "grape"/SA and women who falsely accuse a man of Fathering a child that isn't his should spend time in prison. Make them more accountable for their actions. These are two life altering things that happen to far too many men and all that happens is a proverbial "My Badd" when these things are found to not be true but both have the potential to ruin a man's life... DNA testing at birth needs to be passed into law rather than a Big Beautiful Bill and ICE invading cities across America. What about protecting men from years of paying for a kid that isn't his??? 🤷🏽‍♂️

Should be that way, unfortunately it's not, there is a kind of statutory limit, it is a not law but most civil courts won't consider paying back the money only stopping further payment. And why does this happen more than you think it should, a study was conducted and found that within approximately 85% of families, those with 3 or more children, this is the study group, that 1st born was 98% the husband's, 2nd dropped to 73%, and third or more dropped to 36%. So that is how this continues.

They need to do paternity before child support is ever taken or a woman can give the kid another man's last name it would eliminate mad drama later. but yes she should have to pay it back 💯

Morally yes; however, in our great country legally she doesn’t have to 😂 ! She should have been charged with theft by deception and thrown in jail like most men who don’t pay child support!
