If you slow down the video and stop it right at the point of her falling, you will see that her opponents foot hit the finish line right at or before her hands did. It should have been her feet to hit the finish line not her hands. This look like a move to win the race, but a race is one when the feet crossed the finish line not the hands. This isnโt football.
