lets shoot a high powered rifle at a moving car while im in a moving car with cars on either side that have people, kids , families in them that could catch a missed target shot or a ricochet .. not to worry cause if they got hit or worse the bad guy would get the charge for it because he made the trooper respond that way.. totally relieving the trooper of any responsibility he might have normally had.. we have to understand the only thing that matters is that the trooper gets his man at any and all cost.. that way he can relieve the general public of any hazard this criminal represents or produced... Im very very thankful for brave cops who go out and do their jobs and do them damn well without any look of gratitude or reward.. i am very thankful them.. its the ones who go hazardly into the public who worry me ..
