This man has been arrested several times for Impersonating an officer. Hes not a real cop. He owns a private company that does private escorts. He was also charged with open carry of a firearm. This is out of Tampa, FL. I believe his name is James ?something? You'd have to look it up. But yeah, hes not a real cop.

I'm the fist guy to say comply in that situation, but... he was stopped at the intersection and didn't pull into traffic right away because who would have? then he pulled out and got herded into the middle of the intersection and got stopped by another officer. was he supposed to run the other guy over? and he couldn't pull over where the officer said because HE was blocking him with his bike....
