Bring your beautiful dog inside and pay the damn fine. Their ancestors may be Arctic dogs but this guy/girl is not. Animal control is right, it's animal abuse and I find it disgusting that you'd treat your dog in that way. Find the poor baby a new home if you won't take care of your pet!!!

These guys are not being neglected. They love the cold. They have fur that holds in the heat from their body. This is like a summer vacation at the beach for humans. Mine stayed in our 50 degree basement most of the time but if it was cooler outside you couldn’t keep her from going where she wanted to be. She weighed 135 lbs and used it!💕💕💕
