I make a roasted chicken with a 16 ounce can of beer shoved inside of the chicken. When the beer evaporates during cooking, the steam cooks all through the chicken and makes it tender and juicy. Don't even use a beer in a glass bottle, the bottle will shatter from the heat and ruin the chicken. I found out the hard way to never use a bottle beer.
