The girl suffered from severe anxiety as a result of childhood trauma, and as a result, she suffered HORRENDOUS panic attacks. She is shaking because she is so inside her mind about the panic attack that her coworkers are trying to snap her out of it by tossing water and ice at her, as they are not trained to treat such an episode. Shortly after this was recorded, the EMT's showed up to treat her properly.
