in Virginia exceeding the speed limit by 20 mph is considered reckless driving and it's a jailable offense and they'll take you to jail if they catch you. I'd like to take that a step further and have speed cameras everywhere, send you a ticket for $2,500 and if you don't pay it you don't renew your registration in any state. this should control racing and speeding and everything else.
