These train cars are car carriers. Unlike the auto carrier that is a semi the train engineer is not responsible for this damage. The engineer is only responsible for driving the train. Another employee is responsible for assembling the train and another employee is responsible for routing the train. They would have to know the height of the train cars and the height of underpasses to prevent things like this from happening.💕
