It's funny because I have gone through the same damn thing with my kid I have been through five different TVs for cell phones one Apple computer OMG now he's 12 years old and it's a lot worse I'm telling you, if a kid has ADHD or ADD get him/her help right away and keep them away from video games I promise you you'll be a lot more happier in the long run my kid went through my house like a tornado on Saturday everything he touches he destroys I don't know why it just happens that way I wish we were in the 70s so I could whoop his ass with a paddle or a tree branch I used to have to go get a tree branch I used to get my ass whooped by my own school principal that's the era I come from is in the 80s but I'll tell you what I learned my lesson real quick I didn't get in trouble past eighth grade and I've been being good ever since then, had it not been for those ass whoopingS then I probably would be a lot worse today
Hey it also says in the Bible use the rod not the hand when you're spanking your kid now my kid he's 12 years old he doesn't need it that much now I'll give him an alternative choice he gets three choices of what his discipline should be and that's how it's supposed to be because their opinion matters that's how it is today it used to be I'm the parent you're the child from my era it's not easy raising a 12-year-old that's for sure plus I got to clean the house I have to cook clean work take the kid to school by the clothes everything I'm a single dad but does this kid ever appreciate anything I do for him doesn't seem like it, I put him in a new school at the beginning of the school year and she's not the same kid as he was when he was in a Christian school last year I don't know what it is and why he's acting out like this
This Saturday last Saturday just yesterday , my son asked me if his friend could stay the night I said no problem. This kid was up all night with his buddy tearing apart the house, took the screens off the windows upstairs the cats are ready to jump it's just a bunch of crazy stuff as I'm sleeping, I go outside I find one of my old cell phones broken all over the sidewalk the screens were taken off in a violent manner the aluminum bent on the screens, this is the same kid that has broken five of my big screen smart televisions that cost me $900-$1000, why is he acting this way is it because he's going through changes but he acts like he's not responsible and argues with me when I call him on I am a strong man I'm telling you but this kid makes me feel like I'm 1 inch tall cause I love them at the same time but I'm not his friend I'm his dad I explained to him I'm here to teach you better ways so you could be prepared for the real world, .
This lady on this video has a good strong point, when I would get my ass whooped by a tree branch I had to go pick off the tree basically said it's not from my mom or my dad it's from the tree which was quite effective does say in the Bible use the rod not the hand.
