is that really John Travolta???
Even Roger Ebert said this was the BEST MOVIE EVER...w/o saying the dancing saved the movie ...
Miss the times !! Lots of fun with not a lot of worries !!
Love the movie
I saw the actual movie. No stinking AI back in the day.
Disco music got a bad rap, then this movie came out...1979 was a really hard year for disco, til this movie came out...
Omg, I was right in the middle of that. lived in Sioux Falls So Dakota and went to the local night club “The Disconnection”. Lol The dance floor was always packed after that movie came out. We were a hot mess. lol. 😆
He could really dance back then, loved the movie😆Saturday Night Live.
Was so cool back in the day. Now it looks corny. 😆
He will always be perfect
That was New York before Studio 54!!!
He actually dated Marilu Henner whose mother was a dance instructor. That's where John got a lot of his moves.
Travolta's dancing is phenomenal. He must have been a ballet dancer at some point in his life.
Yes. When this movie came out, it was a big thing and draw. Have you watched the movie "Saturday Night Fever," within the last couple of years. It's extremely misogynistic. It's extremely difficult to watch because of the way the treat/portrayed Donna Pescow's character in the movie. It's really bad. You find that to be quite common case when you re-watch a number of movies from that era. They didn't hold up at all.
